1844. The president of Mexico Antonio López de Santa Anna.
1845-1848. Some of the members of the parliament establish in the hotel.
1879. Angela Peralta, came on the month of February to sing in the "Iturbide Theatre", nowadays the "Republic Theatre".
1880-1882. The first diligence service was created.
