The First Hotel of Querétaro
Founded in 1825 by Doña Manuela Gómez, Hotel Hidalgo proudly holds the official recognition of being the first hotel in the state of Querétaro. Located in the heart of the Historic Center on the iconic Madero walkway, this majestic colonial building preserves a beautiful central courtyard framed by wide Tuscan columns, inviting our guests on a journey through time.

- Presidential and Military Lodging: In the 1840s, General Antonio López de Santa Anna chose our facilities during his visits to the city.

- Birthplace of the 1917 Constitution: Between 1916 and 1917, the constituent representatives rested in these rooms while drafting the charter that governs modern Mexico.
